Carmen utilizes her expertise of exercise, dance, movement and sound therapy, and fuses her passion of Polarity/Cranial with Holistic Nutrition into a program designed to promote health and wellness depending on each individual client’s needs or goals. Indijenas Class for Children at the Baylight Institute of Creative Arts - I was so honored to be able to participate with children at this event, been able to connect to there spirits and feel there heart as we did a little bit of sound....
