~ Teenagers Need Motivation & Inspiration More Than Ever ~
Carmen Marrero serves as a Personal Motivator and Pure Inspiration for Teens across the Valley of the Sun, helping them realize the gift of education, plus the importance of staying in school and continuing education.
The two groups Carmen its working to formed are:
- Teens Setting Intentions (TSI) – for all teenagers (male and female)
- Supporting Pregnant Teens (SPT) – for Pregnant Teens (male and female)
I have come to realize that many Teens are loosing motivation for education; they decide not to apply for college due to the lack of motivation, peer pressure or problems at home. They often feel like they are not understood, isolating their souls and deeming their internal lights.
Teens Setting Intentions (TSI) ~
Recognizing that most teens are suffering from issues such as obesity, low self-worth, and lack of a spiritual connection, I create a way for them to express their gifts through dance, music and song. Teenagers are seeking support and understanding, but often have nowhere to find it, and end up looking for resources in the wrong places, leading to trouble down the wrong path.
From personal experience, I know there is an unspoken need to find a positive outlet to use their energy wisely. Everyone, especially the youth, wants a way to express their gifts. It is essential for teenagers (in their most influential stage of life) to find positive support. I hold this intention for teenagers, as they are the future of the world, through this fun, active and positive support group.

Supporting Pregnant Teens (SPT) ~
A support group that provides an outlet for all who fall into this common yet beautiful category. Teenage girls are especially delicate and influential. Some have become pregnant looking for love; now that they have chosen this path, they must be given the proper tools to help motivate them to become healthy mothers.
In this support group they will learn to honor the new soul that is now growing in their womb, realizing the value and importance of the baby’s spirit. When the child is born, the young mother is able to provide love and security to this new life.

MISSION: My intention is to provide teenagers the tools to stay focused on their vision (life purpose), coaching them to stay in school, expressing the importance of living up to their full potential. My vision (support groups) provides all teenagers hope, faith and empowerment, so they can realize that they matter, and are in fact very important, but most of all, loved and respected as human beings.
MOTTO: Creating a safe environment for teens to express themselves, and honor them where they ‘are,’ holding space for them to blossom without fear or doubt.
