~ We All Struggle from time to time ~

One of my greatest passions is working with individuals and young adults because of the struggles and challenges I went through in my life - finding my identity and my life purpose. I knew deep down I had a purpose but I lacked the support and guidance that I needed. This has become my purpose, supporting you wherever you are. 


I have great compassion to be a witness to people as they struggle with their own internal feelings of not fitting into the world. Experiencing low self-esteem, weight issues, or anyone who is looking to connect to their divine source. Because I have been there before and I know how it feels. 

I believe there is a need to find a positive, proactive outlet allowing the energy to express itself into something powerful and amazing. I hold this intention for you by creating a safe, neutral sacred space in private or group sessions. It's done through movement, Polarity, polar-energetic exercises, expression, dance, sound and music.  All of these modalities have the potential of connecting you to your authentic-self in a positive, proactive and beautiful way!
